Day 1 - 5

Adventure and Wildlife Exploration

Day 1: Nairobi to Sagana
Begin your adventure with an early morning drive from Nairobi to Sagana, a small town in Central Kenya known for its hospitality industry along the Sagana River. Enjoy outdoor activities like zip-lining, kayaking, or rafting on this day. Stay at Gateway Resort (FB).

Day 2: Sagana to Meru National Park
Embark on a scenic drive across the Central Highlands, passing farmlands with pineapples, coffee, and rice. Cross the mighty Tana River and descend towards Meru National Park. After lunch, enjoy a game drive in this unspoilt park, home to zebras, elephants, and over 427 bird species. Stay at Ikweta Safari Camp (FB).

Day 3: Meru National Park
Spend a full day exploring the lush landscapes of Meru National Park. Enjoy a picnic lunch during the game drive, where you’ll discover rivers, swamps, and a variety of wildlife in a rugged, remote environment. Overnight at Ikweta Safari Camp (FB).

Day 4: Meru to Samburu
Drive to Samburu Game Reserve, a unique region north of the equator. Experience the scenic plains and woodlands, home to diverse species like giraffes, zebras, elephants, and lions. An afternoon game drive offers spectacular wildlife viewing. Stay at Samburu Intrepids (FB).

Day 5: Samburu Game Reserve
Enjoy a full day in Samburu, where the Ewaso Ng’iro River supports rich wildlife, including the graceful giraffe gazelle. With over 380 bird species, this is a haven for birdwatching enthusiasts. Overnight at Samburu Intrepids (FB).

Day 6: Ngare Ndare Forest
Travel to the stunning Ngare Ndare Forest, located at the foothills of Mt. Kenya. Walk across East Africa’s longest suspension bridge, offering breathtaking views of elephants and other wildlife. End the day with a hike to the azure poolsand waterfalls, where you can swim in the natural beauty. Overnight at Le Rustique (FB).

Day 7: Twala Tenebo (Laikipia Plateau)
Visit the Twala Tenebo Women’s Cooperative, where over 200 Maasai women sustain themselves through aloe farming, beekeeping, and ecotourism. Learn about their cultural practices, participate in a baboon walk, and explore the medicinal plant landscape tours with the Maasai. Overnight at Le Rustique (FB).

Conservation and Wildlife Encounters

Day 8: Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Head to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, home to endangered species like black rhinos and chimpanzees. Take part in optional activities like bird walks, horseback riding, or camel rides, and witness Africa’s big cats during game drives. Stay at Serena Sweetwaters (FB).

Day 9: Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Continue exploring Ol Pejeta’s rhino sanctuary, home to the last two northern white rhinos. Visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary and enjoy a day filled with conservation stories, observing a variety of predators and large mammals. Overnight at Serena Sweetwaters (FB).

Day 10: Ol Pejeta to Nairobi
After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive before heading back to Nairobi for your departure flight.
